Hello and welcome!
My name is Anastasia. I’ve been in sales for most of my career and I’ve also been a recruiter. I know exactly what goes into finding the right tech talent.
At the root of all good things are good people.
For the last 10+ years I have been in the tech industry, and during covid in 2020 I ventured into Cybersecurity, where I worked in series A start ups as an Enterprise Sales Rep. I have enjoyed the opportunities, connections and wisdom being in this space will bring you. I love the fast pace, challenging and rewarding part of the cyber industry.
But perhaps the thing I love the most are the people and the connections I made in this industry. And the one thing I realized is that it is my time to give back to helping people in a way I never have before, by helping others achieve their dreams in their dream careers. And by helping companies find the right talent to make their company thrive because I know what they’re looking for, and how to find it.
If there is one thing I know, there are a lot of talented people out there looking for their next rocket ship to take off with! Equally, I have spoken to founders of companies that are far too busy to focus on finding talent. I know what it takes to be successful in this industry, what companies look for, and of course how hiring the right people for their company is what matters most. Without the right people, the company does not thrive, nor survive. At the root of all good things are good people.
My promise
Oh and there is one thing I promise to be different on…it’s simple, but often very much lacking…communication!
We have all been there with recruiters that never follow back up as promised. With me, you will always know where you stand. I will never leave you hanging, or guessing. One of my favorite sayings is “treat others the way you want to be treated”.
